Official Mortgage Team of New Mexico LLC had its inception June, 2006. The company was established to provide homeownership opportunity for all New Mexicans. The goal of the company is to provide competitive rates and loan programs, while providing the very "Best Customer Service" in the markets in which we serve. The fact that the company is locally owned and operated gives an advantage in serving the needs of its customers.

The President/Owner is Louis Sauceda. He brings over 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Having worked in the corporate environment of this industry for those years has given Louis a dynamic edge over his competitors. He understands the basic needs of his customer base. Louis is a native Las Crucen. He obtained his degree from New Mexico State University and has been involved in the community for his entire professional career. He has served on numerous local boards and has contributed much of his time to making Las Cruces a better place to reside.  

Having served the real estate community for 23 years has allowed Louis to cultivate many wonderful relationships with realtors, builders and customers. He wants to extend an open invitation to all to visit or call and allow him to work in your best interests.
